Please check sign-in chart at every meeting:
- Check yes if you are sure you will attend the next meeting. No one will call you. A dinner will be reserved for you.
- Check no if you are sure you will not attend the next meeting. No one will call you. No dinner will be reserved for you.
- Check call me if you are unsure whether or not you will attend the next meeting or whether you prefer a phone call reminder or text reminder.
Only members checking “call me” and absentees will receive phone calls or texts.
Call or Text Nancy Rix by Wednesday before the meeting if you are bringing a guest, if you change your reservation, or if you have not received a phone call and should have.
You will be billed for the dinner if one was reserved for you and you did not attend.
You are welcome to attend a meeting without eating dinner. |
